My debut on "Cookbook"... I dare to share my invention - amazingly healthy, diet, and very tasty pancakes made of dried fruit and oatmeal. Not one gram of oil and not one gram of sugar! Plenty of room for the imagination and to my not-so-standard taste - a great breakfast.
You could probably sugar it, but it's good enough for me.
The original idea - oatmeal with banana - was spied somewhere on the internet, but I've since modified and adapted it for the aero grill - so I probably won't break anything if I post my version?
I'm not much of a photographer, so the pictures are not very pretty, but I hope they will not scare away such a healthy tasty treat.
