Every morning I start with the question of what to eat for breakfast? Something that is healthy, not particularly caloric and tasty? I don't like porridge and I don't eat it. I like cottage cheese and yogurt, but for some reason only for dinner and not in the morning. I don't eat sausage, sausage, ham from my diet. I like scrambled eggs very much, but I don't like to eat them every day. I don't like fruits and I don't eat them. I like vegetables, but it is kind of boring to eat them for breakfast. Cakes I like, but there's no reason to eat them. All sorts of dried fruits, nuts, too, I do not like.
While I was writing, my own head has already gone round and round "I like it, I don't like it". That's the eternal need to think up something clever and invent to feed myself something.
This recipe is just one of my favorite breakfast options. All ingredients are healthy, non-caloric, a pita is a bit iffy, but, well, never mind. With coffee it's just great! It's also very filling.
