Protein Bisquick

Cooked Protein Biscuit

I had wanted to make this sponge cake for a long time, but the lack of a special form with "legs", which had to be turned upside down so that the biscuit would go down on its own as it cooled. I made it anyway, but in a muffin tin. It's great for breakfast and as a dessert with fruit sauces, chocolate or custard. With anything... It's very smooth, light and has a unique flavor. Try it once, at least.

Cooked pecan bisque

I was blown away by this recipe for pecan bisque - it's delicious, and since I got a blender in the house it's even easier! You can eat it as a muffin or you can have it as a cake with your favorite cream! Besides, I'm a nursing mom; it's hard for some people, but for me it is without sweets - I tried this recipe on myself - nothing on my daughters cheeks has appeared! The main thing is not to overdo it :-)

Tossed Bisquick or Polish Bisquick

Cooked biscuit or Polish biscuit

Time to cook: 55 minutes

Total Servings: 6

This is a recipe for the perfect cake, according to Polish chefs. It is very popular in Poland. I made it for the first time. Great recipe and excellent sponge cake. The secret is in the biscuit making technique. After baking, you turn the cake mould upside down and drop it half a metre upside down. This way it expels the air bubbles that are present in the biscuit after baking. In this way, the cake retains its shape completely and does not shrink even a millimeter.

Hot Milk Biscuit

Cooked sponge cake with hot milk

Reading the ingredients, you'd think a boring, zestless biscuit. The name, however, already anticipates what sets it apart from any other biscuit, making it truly unique not so much in flavor, but with its distinctive softness and ease of preparation. Tomorrow is a holiday "International Children's Day", Bake such a biscuit, smear it with your favorite cream and a delicious gift is ready! (Although it is self-sufficient even without cream)
