Ingredients for corn grits fritters:

  • Corn grits (I have 250gr.) - 0.5 glass
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Raisins (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste (I put a tablespoon on top))
  • Salt (I put a tablespoon without topping)
  • Corn flour (you can use regular bread, it took me 2 tablespoons to make pancakes.l.)
  • Butter (for frying, I use melted butter)
