Dough

  • Wheat flour / Flour - 300 g
  • Cottage cheese - 450 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 110 g
  • Vanilla sugar (9 g. with natural vanilla from TM "Dr. Oetker") - 1 sachet.
  • Dough leavening agent (with a hillock from TM "Dr. Oetker") - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/3 teaspoon

Stuffing

  • Gooseberries - 12 pcs
  • Almonds - 12 pcs
  • Prunes - 12 pcs
  • Walnuts - 3 pcs

In addition

  • Vegetable oil - 300 ml
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/3 teaspoon

How to cook cottage cheese balls with dried fruit and nuts step by step with photos


Add both sugars and eggs to the soft curd, Beat on low speed until smooth.

Mix sifted flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Combine flour and curd mixture and knead into an elastic dough. You may need a little more flour, depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the size of the eggs.

Wash and dry dried apricots and prunes with a paper towel, fry the nuts. Fill dried apricots with almonds, and prunes with walnut slices.
