My whole family loves chicken with kushiyaki sauce and we make it often. So I decided to stuff this favorite dish on pancakes and serve it with my favorite sauce and garnish with grapefruit slices.

Ingredients for pancake rolls with chicken and kushiyaki sauce:

  • Pancake - 4 units
  • Chicken breast - 300 g
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (TM "Oleina") - 1 tablepoon
  • Honey - 3 teaspoon
  • Vinegar (wine) - 2 tablespoon
  • Water - 6 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger (powdered) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cloves - 1 pc
  • Grapefruit - 1/2 Piece

How to cook pancake rolls with chicken and kushiyaki sauce step by step with photos

Bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe in sunflower oil TM "Oleina"

Making Kushiyaki Sauce. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil TM "Oleina", Honey, vinegar, water, garlic powder, ginger and cloves, cook for 15-20 minutes until it thickens.

Cut a breast on a diagonal and pour cooled sauce for 30 minutes for marinating.

Fry breast in vegetable oil TM "Oleina" 2 to 3 minutes on each side over high heat.

Finely chop a breast.

Wrap breast in pancakes, cut into 6 pieces, garnish with peeled grapefruit slices on top and serve with Kushiyaki sauce.
