Sauce

  • Herring - 150 g
  • Cream (10%) - 50 ml
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Greens - to taste

Serving

  • Salad leaves / Salad - to taste
  • Red caviar - to taste

How to cook beet pancakes with herring sauce step by step with photos


Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and sugar. Stir and let stand for 15 minutes.
