  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Condensed Milk - 1 jar.
  • Butter (melted) - 50 g
  • Salt (baking powder)
  • Wheat flour / Flour (sifted) - 500 g
  • Dough leavening agent - 1.5 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml

How to cook pancakes with condensed milk step by step with photos


Beat eggs and condensed milk, add milk and kefir, raising agent, salt and melted butter, add water to mixture. Gradually add sifted flour to the mixture. Whisk well and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Fry pancakes on a hot pan in vegetable oil on both sides.
