For the dough

  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Melted butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Sugar (without the slide.) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (without sprinkles) - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 glass
  • Yeast (granulated yeast (sachet)) - 7 g

For the stuffing

  • Ground meat - 500 g
  • Melted butter - 3 tablespoon
  • Onions (large onion) - 1 pc
  • Green olives - 1 handful.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Spices (mix of dried spicy herbs (dill, parsley)) - to taste

To grease and sprinkle the pie

  • Sesame (We'll need black and white sesame seeds)
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc

How to cook cake "acorn" with meat and olives step by step with photos

In a bowl add 200 ml. warm milk. Add 1 Tbsp. Melted butter, add 1 tbsp. Tbsp. vegetable oil, add 1 tbsp. tablespoon of sugar. Out of the total amount of flour take 1 tbsp. spoonful and add to the milk mixture, add yeast (7g.). Stir the mixture.

After a while a cap of small bubbles forms on the surface of the milk mixture. The stew is ready. Next, add 1 tsp. tablespoon of salt.

Add 1 chicken egg. Whisk the mixture.

Add the rest of the flour mixture to the prepared mixture. Knead the dough. Cover the container with cling film or a towel and put in a warm place for rising. After the first rise, knead the dough and let it rise again. Next we can begin to cut the pie.

This recipe calls for medium-fat minced pork.

Cut onions into small cubes. Add 3 tbsp. ...melted butter.

Saute the onions until lightly golden. Then add chopped olives.

Add the minced meat to the pan.

Add salt and pepper to taste, add dried herb mix (parsley, dill). Braise minced meat until tender.

Divide dough into three parts. Roll out one piece to form a layer.

Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Shape the pasta sheet into the future acorn. Trim off the excess pastry.

Spread the brownie filling on the sheets of pastry you have rolled out. Flatten the filling.

Roll out the second piece of dough. Transfer this portion to the filling. Fold the edges inward, smoothing out the pie.
