Nutritional Value

I was wandering around the internet looking for new ideas and interesting recipes and came across Nina Tarasova's blog by chance "Tasty Art". I got in and disappeared... How much amazing, how many amazingly beautiful. The man is a true master. Recipes, though, are not easy, I would even say quite complicated, but... So I decided to start with an easier recipe... Come on in, it will be interesting!

Prepare the Products. Rinse and peel potatoes and boil in salted water. Pour the broth into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the broth. Heat the milk.

If the yeast is quick, simply mix it with the sifted flour in a bowl.

Add the broth and sugar and the warm milk, and mix a little.

Then make a well in the dough, pour in vegetable oil, knead the dough thoroughly, it turns out a bit thick (maybe you should not pour all the flour at once).

Roll the dough into a ball and beat it well, dropping it a few times on the table. After this the dough becomes soft and does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with clingfilm and leave to rise for 40-50 minutes.

Now it is cool in apartments, a warm place is difficult to find, so to raise the dough I put it in an oven which I heat to 30-35*C.

When the dough has increased in volume by 2-3 times, knead it

And again send it to proofing, now just on the table. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Chop the onion. For more flavor, I fried it, but it is not necessary.

Drain the liquid from the can, and free the tuna from the seeds and mash with a fork. Add the chopped onion,

Grate grated cheese and mayonnaise. Gently mix everything.

If you wish you can add a couple of coarsely grated eggs and finely chopped greens.

Grease a 28 cm diameter baking dish with butter and dust it with flour. Roll out the pastry into a circle, larger in diameter than the mold.

Line the mold with dough so that it extends to the rim. Place the filling in a ring. Cover the edges of the pastry.

Cut middle into 8 triangles-arrows.

Lift all the rays, stretch out a little, wrap them on the filling and fasten them to the pastry. You can grease the tips of the rays with egg white to make them stick better.

Cut out fishes from the rest of the dough and arrange them on the cake. Grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you wish, let it rise for 20 minutes.

At that time preheat oven to 200°C. Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes until browned. I must say that the taste of the pie, in my opinion, very much depends on the quality of canned fish. The fish should be tasty.

Brush the ready pie with melted butter. Put on a rack and cover with a napkin.
