Actually, this pie doesn't have a name. But to put the dish out without giving it a name is not very good. So I thought and thought and decided: t. к. it includes pudding, and pudding, as you know, is an angelic dish (remember that line from the movie "Trufaldino from Bergamo"), that's where I left off. The pie is delicious, the flavor varies depending on what kind of pudding you have and what wine you add. My pie was gone in an evening. And this with the fact that it needs to stand for a while.

  • Apple (filling) - 1 kg
  • Apple juice (filling) - 350 ml
  • Pudding (filling) - 2 packs.
  • White dry wine (sweet varieties, stuffing) - 300 ml
  • Sugar (stuffing) - 1 glass
  • Vanilla sugar (1 for filling and 1 for dough) - 2 sachet.
  • Creamy (for decoration)
  • Wheat flour / Flour (dough) - 250 g
  • Dough leavening agent (dough) - 0.5 sachet.
  • sugar (dough) - 75-100 g
  • Chicken egg (dough) - 1 pc
  • Butter (softened, dough) - 125 g

This is the kind of pudding I had (caramel flavor) and the kind of wine I took. Weight of one package of pudding 40 or 50g.(т.All in all, it weighs about 100g).I wrote this to see if anyone doesn't have this exact pie but another one with a different size)

Let's begin making the filling: pour some apple juice (about 100-150 ml) into a separate bowl to dissolve the pudding. Mix the rest of the juice with the wine, sugar, vanilla sugar and put on the fire, bring to a boil.

While it boils, dissolve pudding powder in apple juice. Knead well to avoid lumps.

As soon as the contents of the pan have boiled, start pouring in the dissolved pudding, stirring continuously. Boil the pudding, bring to the boil for 30 seconds and leave to cool slightly. (The principle of cooking the pudding is the same as in the instructions, only instead of milk we used juice and wine in smaller quantities)

While the pudding is cooling, peel the apples and chop them in a blender (or grate them). I do not recommend to do it beforehand, because apples will darken and let out juice (which we do not need, it is unnecessary liquid).

Once the pudding has cooled a little, combine with the apples and mix well. Set aside.

Meanwhile, make dough: butter + sugar, vanilla sugar, egg. Beat well with a mixer.

Mix flour with baking powder and add gradually to our mixture. Make a soft dough.

Butter the cake tin, spread the dough out and make the sides.

Now we spread our apple-pudding mix on the dough, flatten and send to the oven at t180* for about 40-50 minutes. Although each one is different. Watch when the dough is ready. After taking the pie out and letting it cool. Basically, you can eat it like that, but I decided to decorate it with cream.

Whip the cream well. You can also use a spray can. It doesn't matter.

Spread a layer of cream on top of the DARK pie, garnish as desired. And put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. BON APPETIT!!!!!.
