  • Vanilla sugar (ТМ Dr. Oetker) - 8 g
  • Dough leavening agent (ТМ Dr. Oetker) - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 170 g
  • Butter - 130 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour (+ for dusting) - 750 g
  • Kefir - 250 ml
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Cinnamon (Dr. Oetker ground) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese - 600 g
  • Choucats - 70 g
  • Dried fruits - 60 g
  • Raisins - 30 g
  • Sugar (to taste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla sugar (Dr. Oetker vanilla flavored) - 8 g
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Apple (medium) - 3 pcs
  • Powdered sugar (ТМ Dr. Oetker for sprinkles) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook apple quark cake with candied fruits step by step with photos

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add melted butter and vanilla sugar from Dr. Oetker and beat beat again.

Add warm kefir, salt and beat a little more to the mass.

Add TM Dr. Oetker quick yeast to sifted flour. Oetker and leavening agent TM Dr. Oetker, stir with a whisk.
