  • Apple - 6 pieces
  • Chicken egg - 3 pieces
  • Wheat flour / Flour (about 500 grams) - 2 glass

  • Dough leavening agent ( Or half a teaspoon of baking soda and vinegar)

Separate the egg yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with half a cup of sugar until white, add a pinch of salt to the whites and put them in the fridge.

Margarine (if you don't like it, you can substitute butter), put in a dish suitable for the microwave, melt until liquid (about 1 minute).

Mix gradually with the beaten egg yolks, stirring all the time, until homogeneous.

Add salt, vanilla and baking powder, mix well and gradually add flour.

Wrap the dough in clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
