Ingredients for pies "pouring apples":

  • Apple (for filling) - 4 pcs
  • Sugar (100 g for the filling; 50 g for the dough) - 150 g
  • Lemon juice (in the stuffing) - 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour (for dough) - 380 g
  • Yeast (dry quick dissolving yeast for dough) - 2 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg (for dough - 1 egg; for greasing the patties before baking - 1 egg) - 2 pcs
  • Water (in the dough) - 160 ml
  • Salt (into the dough) - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Milk powder (into the dough) - 20 g
  • Butter (into dough) - 45 g
  • vegetable oil (to grease a tray) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook tarts "filling apples" step by step with photos

First make the filling. Wash and peel apples, core cut,

Dice them, put them in a saucepan and add the lemon juice

and sugar. Stir and cook on the stove over medium heat, stirring all the time.

At first the apples will start to juice.

Then the extra liquid evaporates and you get a thick and tasty apple filling with sourness and lemon flavor.

Now let's make the dough. As always, I knead yeast dough in the bread maker, which kneads the dough perfectly and the pastries come out airy and soft. If you do not have a baker - no problem, you can knead the dough and the usual way. Pour warm water into the baking pail, add the yeast and let it stand for 5-10 minutes.

Then we add the sifted flour, eggs, sugar, salt, milk powder and softened butter.

We put the bucket in the bread machine, turn on the mode of kneading the dough.

Cover the dough and leave it to rise two or three times in a warm place.

We transfer the dough to the table and knead it well.

Then divide the dough into 12 equal parts, cover it with clingfilm and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Roll out the pastry into a small circle and put the apple filling on top.

Pinch the edges at the top to form a ball.

These patties can be baked either in a regular baking tray or in a silicone mold .

We transfer the patties to the mold (you can not grease the silicone mold with oil, but I grease a little with vegetable oil).

Cover the patties with cling film and let them increase in size 1.5-2 times.

Then break a wooden skewer into about 2.5 cm long pieces and poke into the middle of each patty, but be careful not to pierce through to the filling.

Brush the patties with beaten egg.

Bake the patties in oven at 180-190 degrees for about 18-20 minutes until golden color.

I have decorated the patties with dried leaves.

I would like to show the second version of the same patties, baked on a normal baking tray. We transfer the formed patties to a baking tray greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and give them to increase in volume 1.5-2 times.

Then break a wooden skewer and stick it into the middle of each patty. Grease patties with beaten up egg, decorate each pattie with almond petals by the skewer - they will be leaves of apples.

Bake the patties in the oven at 180-190 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
