Creamy, fluffy chocolate cake that can be made as a big cake or in individual portions. This cake looks quite unusual in the cut. Dark layers alternate beautifully with white ones, and the cherries make the cake sour and juicy.

Ingredients for Cherry Pie "brownies":

  • Wheat Flour / Flour - 150 g
  • Butter (82.5% fat, TM Millet) - 120 g
  • Dark chocolate - 120 g
  • brown sugar (50g for dough, 100g for filling) - 150 g
  • Chicken egg (2 large pieces for the dough and 2 pieces small ones for the filling) - 4 pcs
  • Dough leavening agent - 2 teaspoon
  • Vanillin (1 sachet. - in the dough and 1 sachet. - in the filling) - 2 sachets.
  • Salt - 2 pinch.
  • Cherries (or cherries, fresh or defrosted) - 300 g
  • Banana (for stuffing) - 1 pc
  • Cheese cheese (9% fat, thick) - 300 g
  • Milk (cold) - 6 tablespoon

How to cook cherry pie "brownies" step by step with photos

1. Ingredients for making pie.

2. Make the chocolate batter. Mix two large eggs with 50g sugar and beat with a mixer.

3. Add 1 cup of vanilla and a pinch or two of salt to the mixture. Stir the ingredients.

4. Melt chocolate (100-120 g) and butter (120 g) in a water bath.

5. Mix until homogeneous. Remove mixture and chill.

6. Pour cooled chocolate mixture into egg mixture and mix.

7. Then add wheat flour sifted with baking powder.

8. The dough is viscous. If the dough is very thick, add 1-3 tablespoon of cold water or milk.

9. Divide the chocolate dough into 2 parts.

10. Prepare the filling. Grate the cottage cheese and then add the eggs (2 pcs), sugar (100g), banana pieces (130g) and 1 palette of vanilla. I add a banana to thicken the filling. Grind all the ingredients with a blender until you obtain a smooth paste.

11. Prepare a cherry or cherry. Wash and stone them. If frozen, defrost them first.

12. Take a baking tin (21x21). Cover it with baking paper (grease it with butter) or a silicone pastry mat (do not grease). Put 1/2 of the chocolate mixture into the baking tin.

13. Cover the pastry with half the cottage cheese filling and berries.

14. Add 5-6 tablespoon of cold milk to the second half of the chocolate dough and mix. The dough has a hard time falling off the spoon.

15. Spoon the chocolate batter onto the berries and spread. The chocolate dough will not have an even surface.

16. Next we pour the rest of the cottage cheese filling. Finish by laying the cherries. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake for 55-60 minutes.

17. During this time the pie needs to get puffy and reddish. After baking we cool the pie partially in the form, then take it out and cut it into pieces.

If you want to serve the cake nicely at a feast table, sprinkle it with white powdered sugar. The table should be served with a glass of hot tea or cocoa.
