Knead the dough. I use my good assistant in the oven. I determine the soundness of the dough in two ways. First, the kneading process should form a ball, not a liquid one, but one that easily twists in the oven. And after kneading the dough should rise to the edge of the bucket. If the flour is less than 700 grams, then a little lower.

While the dough is kneading and rising, let's make the filling. Wash the cabbage, cut it in half, I needed half a cabbage and use a vegetable peeler to cut the cabbage.

Rinse the hearts. I used mini-cornishon chicken hearts.

Wash the champignons.

Slice onions. Fry the onions, add the hearts, braise them with soy sauce until almost cooked, then add the sliced mushrooms.

In a big frying pan, fry a little oil and sauté the cabbage until it is almost cooked. Do not cover the cabbage with a lid, but stir it occasionally, so that it does not turn boiling.

Combine the cabbage and the rest of the stuffing, stir and turn off the heat. You may taste the filling for salt. If it seems too little, add more. Just do not get carried away, the stuffing is so delicious that you can eat it all. That's what happened the last time I tried to bake a cake like this!

Our dough is ready! We put it out of the bread maker and onto the work surface. Knead, divide into two portions and roll out one portion.

Place the rolled out dough in a baking dish. I have a pretty big and tall heart shape.

Place the filling in the mold.

Close the edges. Turn on the preheat of the oven to 180°. Roll out the second piece of dough, cut it with a pizza cutter or a pastry roller into strips and place on top of the pie as you wish. Mix egg and milk and generously grease the pie. Let the pie stand for about 15-20 minutes.

Put the pie in the oven. Approximate baking time is 35 minutes. Depending on your oven!!! Now our cake is ready!!! Take it out of the oven, let it cool a little. If you wish you can grease the top of the pie with butter!!! Enjoy!!!

I always use SAF-MOMENT yeast!!! It's convenient and always a great result!!!
