For the dough

  • Milk (200 ml glass.) - 1 glass
  • Yeast (7-10 grams.) - 1 sachet.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 glass

For stuffing

  • Fish (Fish - cheese (pelad) Cheese 30-35 cm long.) - 2 pcs
  • Onion (Large bulbs.) - 2 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper (Lemon pepper.) - to taste
  • Melted butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon

To decorate the cake

  • Sesame
  • Allspice (A few peas of colored pepper for the middle of flowers (optional))
  • Egg (To grease the pie before baking) - 1 Piece

How to cook cheese, onion and egg pie step by step with photos

Peel cheese carcasses, remove head, insides, tail and fins. I have used a curd of about 30-35 cm for this recipe.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part into a sheet. Grease the cake tin with a thin layer of butter, make a "French roll". Turn out the sheet into the cake tin, put a little rim on it. Pie tin is about 26 cm long. Spread the fried fish pieces on the pastry layer, season with lemon pepper and salt to taste. You can make your own lemon peppers. Dry the lemon zest, grind it in a coffee grinder, add it to the ground white pepper.

Then add the stewed onions.

Boil the eggs and cut into slices/sticks. Add sliced eggs to a layer of stewed onions. Roll out second layer of dough., Place rolled out pastry layer on top of egg layer. Fold edges of pastry toward middle of pie.

Use the rest of the pastry to decorate the pie to taste. Glaze the pie with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Make middles of flowers with white peppercorns. Let the cake stand for 10-15 minutes and put into pre-heated oven at 180-190°C. Bake until crispy.

Brush the finished pie with a piece of butter and cover with a napkin to soften the top crust. Enjoy Enjoy!
