I made these amazing cheesecake cakes for Trinity with two fillings. The unsweetened ones with cabbage and chicken fillet, and the sweet ones with cherries and seeds. Our whole family loves these pastries. This is something special, it tastes unsweetened and unsalted, shortbread, but not shortbread. In general, who is familiar with this kind of dough, you know. - Hard Cheese (I have Gouda) - 120 g
Unsweetened stuffing
- Red onion (onions) - 1 pc
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- White Cabbage / Cabbage (small) - 1/2 fork
- Salt (to taste)
