Chicken and mushroom strudel

I'm sure this recipe isn't new, but it's so good I could do it all over again.
Ingredients for Chicken and Mushroom Strudel

Olive oil

I took ready made puff pastry and rolled out lengthways. |

Soaked dried porcini mushrooms for the night, in the morning drained the liquid, and finely chopped the mushrooms. |
|
Chopped onions and sauteed them in olive oil. |
|
Add mushrooms to onion and stir-fry for 5 minutes. |
|
I diced and poured my favorite sauce over the cooled chicken breast. No more salt and pepper needed to season the chicken. |
|
Grill chicken until tender. |
|
Put it on a board and finely chop it. |
|
Mix mushrooms with onions and chicken. |
|
Poured the filling on the dough. |
|
Rolled up the roll, drizzled with olive oil and put in the oven. |
|
In 15 minutes the roll is ready. |
