Ingredients for Chicken and Mushroom Strudel

  • Puff pastry - 1 pc
  • Mushrooms (white, dried) - 300 g
  • Chicken breast - 200 g
  • Red onion - 1 pc
  • Sauce ( "la costena mexicana") - 30 pcs
  • Olive oil

How to cook chicken and mushroom strudel step by step with photos

I took ready made puff pastry and rolled out lengthways.

Soaked dried porcini mushrooms for the night, in the morning drained the liquid, and finely chopped the mushrooms.

Chopped onions and sauteed them in olive oil.

Add mushrooms to onion and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

I diced and poured my favorite sauce over the cooled chicken breast. No more salt and pepper needed to season the chicken.

Grill chicken until tender.

Put it on a board and finely chop it.

Mix mushrooms with onions and chicken.

Poured the filling on the dough.

Rolled up the roll, drizzled with olive oil and put in the oven.

In 15 minutes the roll is ready.

You can invite everyone to the table!
