  • Vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • Sour cream - 250 ml
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs
  • Water (warm) - 50 ml
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 180 g
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard (ready) - 1 teaspoon
  • Dough leavening agent (10-11 gr.) - 1 unit.
  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoon


  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Onions (Medium) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Thyme - 0.25 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook chicken breast pie "for the lollipop" step by step with photos

So, let's start making this delicious pie! :) I suggest we start with the stuffing, since it needs to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Cut chicken breast in small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, thyme (0.25 teaspoon), which I did not have :) so I added some chicken seasoning instead.

Mix everything, then add some oil. Stir once more, set aside and forget!

While the chicken marinates, prepare dough. Take ONE egg, salt, sugar, water, lemon juice and mustard and beat until smooth.

Then pour in vegetable oil in a thin stream and whisk until the mixture turns white.

Add remaining eggs (3 pieces) and sour cream. Whisk again!

Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Whisk all together with flour to form a dough.

The dough is quite runny. It's just the way it's supposed to be.

Slice the onion into half rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

It is a good idea to line the baking dish with parchment. I even did this for the bowl of my multicooker, because. к. The pastry is quite runny, and the cheese is also on top.

"Let's make" cake! Pour the batter into the pan, put the chicken on top.

Put onions on top of the chicken.

Bake. In a 670 watt, 4.5 liter multi-purpose cooker. Bowl, 60 minutes. In the oven: 30-40 minutes. at 180 degrees. Check if it is ready with a skewer.

This is what I saw after half an hour. The cake rose and the cheese melted nicely.. ♪ my hands itchin' ♪!!! :) When the cake is ready, don't take it out of the mold right away, let it stand for about 10 minutes to rest.
