Easy to make choux pastry. The dough recipe is not Chinese, but the filling is purely Chinese, so I call it "Chinese style". Very handy for a picnic snack.

I want to offer you a simple and delicious recipe for custard dough for snack cakes. It is very simple to remember, just three ingredients: flour, water, vegetable oil. Water to oil ratio: 3 to 1. And ratio of liquid (oil and water) to flour: 1:1. Heat water and butter until boiling. Remove from stove and immediately add flour to the liquid, stir vigorously.

Makes a soft elastic dough. We put the cling film over it.

I would say right away that this is a lot of stuffing for a given amount of dough. For the stuffing we prepare all the products beforehand, the stuffing is also prepared quickly. We cut the chicken breast in small pieces or in thin strips.

You can use any type of mushrooms. Slice the mushrooms into strips. I have frozen mushrooms, already sliced.

Grate ginger on a fine grater, finely chop green chili pepper, thin strips grate carrot.

Shred the cabbage into thin strips.

A wok or frying pan with a thick bottom is better for cooking. Fry chicken fillet in sesame oil stir-fry (about 2 minutes). If you have no sesame oil, use any vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.

Add carrots and cabbage. Stir .

Add chili pepper and ginger. Stir at .

We use Kikkoman soy sauce.

Add the soy sauce from Kikkoman.

Stir everything, put the lid on, and let it stew over low heat for 2 minutes. The vegetables should remain slightly crispy. Allow cooked vegetables to cool.

We divide the dough into six parts (approximately 60 grams each).

Roll out each piece into a rectangle about 2 mm thick.

Put about 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of filling.

Cover the filling on the edge and sides with dough.

Roll up into a tube.

Put baking paper on a baking tray, put the patties on it with the seam side down. Brush the top with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We put them in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake them for 25 minutes until they brown.

The patties are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit and enjoy!
