How to cook New Year sweet cake "Christmas trees in dresses" step by step with photos

Knead the dough. My favorite little bread maker helped as usual. Ryazhenka gives the pie a very delicate flavor. You can replace the butter with vegetable oil, The dough would be wonderful either way. It is better to take the ryazhenka warm, and the butter is well soft.

While the dough is kneading, boil and cool the rice. And make the ganache. You could just put chocolate in the filling, but I thought it would be more even and tender.

Boil 100 ml of cream, turn off the stove, and add the chocolate to the cream. Stir well until smooth. Let it cool.

Spread dough on a silicone mats dusted with flour. And divide into three parts: bottom, top and decoration.

The bottom should not be too thin, so that the dough doesn't tear and covers the rim of the tin. Let's put the bottom in the mold and spread the rice.

Now spread the ganache over the whole surface of the rice.

Peel and slice the bananas and kiwi. The kiwi adds a nice touch of sourness. Then we spread it on top of the chocolate layer.

Next, I decided to make and put some marshmallows, a little chocolate for chocolateiness and a sprinkle of sugar crystals.

Pinch the sides. Roll out the second piece of dough. I like to cut into strips and lay them out as I like. Today I'm in the mood for winter. I lay out the strips lengthwise, like snowdrifts.

Then we roll out the last piece of dough. I used cookie cutters to cut out herringbones, bunnies, hearts and a couple of bears. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Transfer our figures to the pie.

Brush the egg on top of the pie.

I made the dough with a little extra, To cut out some buns for the little one. Otherwise I have to rip the pie.))

Place pie in preheated oven for ~40 minutes. Use your oven as a guide!!! The pie is baked!!! Since it's New Year's Eve and it's a surprise, I decided to decorate it a little more!

Let the cake cool completely and take it out of the mold. I dusted it with powdered sugar and vanilla, I added snowball marshmallows and dressed the Christmas trees in red dresses with cooking gel - red, and the hearts are red of course, and I put a lot of colorless glitter gel on the bunnies and bears.
