How to cook collapsible pie baked in spicy sauce step by step with photos

1. Make stuffing. Cut the chicken fillets into chunks and peeled onion and garlic into wedges.

2. Add peeled and grated potatoes and chicken seasoning. Stir and place in blender bowl.

3. Add the hot red peppers, a dollop of soft butter and the egg white, and blend until smooth. Taste for salt. The filling is ready!

4. Prepare the dough. Dust a workbench and rolling pin with flour. Roll out the thawed dough (1/2 portion, 250g) to 27*37cm and brush with melted butter.

5. Spread out the filling evenly on the sheet of dough, 1/2 part.

6. Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese, 1/2 part.

7. Roll up the dough with the stuffing.

8. Proceed with the second part of the dough in the same way, beginning at step 5. You have 2 rolls.

9. Cut the rolls into portions, making 22 rolls.

10. To prepare the sauce. Mix all ingredients for the sauce. Add ground spices (cumin and coriander), sugar, ground pepper, dried garlic and salt. Sauce is ready!

11. Cover the baking dish (F=26 cm) with baking paper or silicone paste. Pour 3-4 tbsp. Spoon the sauce into the center and arrange the individual Swiss rolls. Then fill the empty spaces and gently with the rest of the sauce.

12. Cover the pie (with foil or baking paper, just the top) and put the tin in a warm place for about 20-30 minutes to double the size of the pie. Then grease the top of the cake with whipped egg yolk, decorate it with cherry tomatoes, sesame seeds and put it into a preheated oven at 180°C.

13. Bake the pie until crispy crust, about 30-40 minutes. Cover the finished pie with a light towel and give time to cool a little, then serve. Bon appétit!
