I just want you to know that I love experimenting in the kitchen. Sometimes I feel like someone is guiding me or telling me what to put in and how much to put in. Here's another version of my thoughts, a tender and quite healthy pie. Happy to have it in your cookbooks.

Ingredients for the pie "Imagineer":

  • Chickpeas (TM "Mistral") - 150 g
  • Spinach (chopped, frozen) - 400 g
  • Shrimp (frozen) - 250 g
  • Adygei cheese - 150 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg (1 into batter, 4 into green stuffing, 1 into white stuffing).) - 6 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour (1,5 cup)
  • Butter (120g for dough + 40g for garlic butter) - 160 g
  • Water - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Garlic (2-3 cloves)

How to cook flood cake "Fancier" step by step with photos

Chickpeas TM "Mistral" Soak in cold water and let soak overnight.

Boil chickpeas on low heat for 50-60 minutes. Rinse and let drain.

Sift flour on the table, season with salt, add water, an egg and chunks of butter.

Knead the dough quickly and leave in fridge for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile make 2 toppings. Add cream to the chickpeas and, using a blender, puree them.

It turns out quite a thick puree. Add thawed spinach and mix.

Add 4 eggs, add salt and mix again.

Cut and dice Adygean cheese into small cubes and add to the green mixture. Stir to mix (you can add spices for the meat, since. к. chickpeas can replace meat in its properties!), and the first filling is ready.

Thaw out the shrimp and put a few aside for decoration. Finely chop the rest.

Stir in 1 egg, salt and sour cream.

Grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater and add to the shrimp mixture, mix well. The second filling is ready.

Take out the dough and make a 26 cm baking tray., with at least 5 cm high side. Roll out the pastry into a round and put it into the tin to form a rim.

And now for the most important. You can use a serving ring but it has to be high. If you don't have a tall one, you can make one of our own. Take a 400g sour cream jar and cut off 1/3 of its bottom. And what we have left, stand in the center of the form, pressing a little into the dough.

Pour the green filling around the edges.

Pour shrimp filling in the center.

Carefully take out the excess pieces. And send it in the oven heated up to 180g. oven for 60-70 minutes. Depending on your oven.

When the infusion cake is all browned, it is almost ready. Be sure to check it beforehand, it should feel like a biscuit.

Make garlic butter. Finely chop the garlic, add the butter and put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Add the reserved shrimp, stir for 10 seconds. Decorate each piece of pie with shrimp and drizzle with garlic butter. Serve warm.
