How to cook cake "fish" step by step with photos

Mix flour with yeast TM "Saf-Moment"

Whisk eggs and add to flour and yeast

Then add melted butter, condensed milk, add a little warm water and a little salt

Once the dough is well kneaded leave it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Roll out most of the dough and place it on top of the casserole dish

I wanted to add a chocolate note to the oranges, so I added some cocoa to a small piece of dough and cut a grid of it

And I put the grid on the bottom of the mold

Put the second piece of pastry on the second piece of pastry and cut out a circle

The circle will be the top of our cake and our fish will be on it

Filling. Slice the oranges and apples

Mix them with the cottage cheese

Season with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla and mix well.

Spread the filling on the dough and smooth it out

Cover the pie with a circle cut out and trim it leaving a little more than the height of the pie

Roll up a piece of dough on the pie and make diagonal cuts with scissors

randomly pinch the notched ends to imitate seaweed

For the body of the fish form two roughly equal ovals, 4 small balls for the eyes, and 2 bundles for the mouth of the fish

Spread them on the pie

Cut out and shape the fins

Glue them to the fish bodies (you can use water or egg)

Using a sharp knife start to cut out the tails of the fish just the way you like it

I got it like this

Decorate the fish tails

And in random order you can make more seaweed if you want. Brush the cake with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes

Remove from the oven, cool slightly, remove the ring from the mold, and invite your favorite people over for a tea party!
