How to cook ramson patties step by step with photos

Multigrain flour. Ingredients - wheat flour, crushed sunflower seeds, crushed corn kernels, barley flour, crushed millet, linseed, oat flour. |
After work, we went out to get ramson. As long as they are available, I bake pies with them, make salads and add them to soups. I always have flour. But when I cooked everything for the pies, it turned out that there is no flour. I rushed to the store. ♪ Good thing it's just across the street ♪. The flour I usually buy was missing, so I grabbed the package without reading what was written on it. |
It was the first time I'd ever bought this flour. I read the contents and decided to bake batan. I had no time to run to the store again. Flour, milk... The dough rose quickly. I put it on the table sprinkled with flour without kneading. I shaped it into a loaf, put it into a hot oven for 5 minutes to make it rise. I cut the strips with a knife, brush the top with beaten up egg and vanilla sugar and sprinkle with a mixture of seeds. |
20 minutes and the ruddy, fragrant loaf is ready. |
Very tasty. Delicious with milk and with coffee. I especially like this kind of ruddy crust. Now let's move on to the pies. |
St. My son came home from work, although he's from the restaurant, but he tasted the loaf. Said that you can bake pies with ramson with the same flour... Which I did. I made dough - flour 300 gr, water, yeast, sugar, salt, oil 6 tbsp. spoonfuls and mixed. |
The dough rises quickly in hot weather. I added 100 grams of flour, but I didn't wait till it rises again. |
I poured 50 grams of flour on the table and spread the dough on it. |
The filling was ready beforehand. |
Not finely chopped rampson. |
Onions from the balcony from the herring and dill from the market. |
Crumbled 5 eggs and poured one raw egg white into the filling so it wouldn't stay. I left the yolk for greasing the pies. |
I salted the stuffing and added 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter. Mix well. |
I divide the dough into 9 parts. |
I didn't roll it out with a rolling pin but kneaded it with my hands. I put the stuffing. Pulled the edges together and pinned to cover the filling. |
Preheated the oven to 180 degrees. I buttered the pan and put the patties with the edges assembled down. I put the pan with patties in the oven for 5 minutes to rise. Then I whisked the patties with whipped egg yolk together with 1 tablespoon of butter and a little vanilla sugar. The patties baked for 25 minutes. |
They came out ruddy, just the way I like them... |
Took a neighbor for a brownie. |
She really liked the dough and the filling. |
Shared the rampson with her as well. |
