The patties do not get stale for a long time and reheat perfectly in the microwave. There are so many pies. For a small family, reduce the quantity.

Stuffing

  • Light Beer / Beer (Unfiltered is possible) - 100 ml
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 100 g
  • Kefir - 100 ml
  • Yeast (Live) - 30 g
  • Honey (Can be replaced by sugar) - 1 teaspoon

Dough

  • Light beer / Beer - 200 ml
  • Kefir - 200 ml
  • Honey (Can be replaced with sugar) - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg (You can substitute 6 egg yolks for the dough.) - 3 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour (May need more or less than 1050-1150g) - 1100 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 20 g
  • Vegetable oil (For deep frying and greasing hands) - 1 bottle.

Stuffing

  • Cheese cheese - 650 g
  • Sour cream - 200 ml
  • Condensed milk (380 g.) - 1 jar.
  • semolina - 300 g
  • Dark chocolate (Can be substituted (options in the recipe)) - 200 g
  • Marmalade (Optional) - 200 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 20 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc

Filling

  • Sour cream - 200 g
  • Condensed milk - 0,5 jar.

How to cook fried pies with surprise "Dacha-ducky" step by step with photos


Making a sourdough. Dissolve yeast and honey in plenty of warm milk and beer. Gradually add flour. Knead thoroughly and allow to double in volume. In the risen sourdough add honey, vanilla sugar, eggs, and salt. Gradually add 100 grams. Add flour and knead with hands greased with vegetable oil, adding soft dough, a little sticky to your hands. Grease the dough with vegetable oil and leave it to rise under a clean cloth until it doubles in size.

Immediately begin the filling. Mix the cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, sour cream, egg and condensed milk. Gradually pour in the semolina. You may need more or less semolina. Pour 200 grams and let it swell for about 30 minutes. Add 50 grams more if necessary and let it swell each time. The filling should be quite thick. In the photo the stuffing is completely ready.

The dough has doubled in size, knead it and leave it to proof again.

Cooking "surprise" For the filling. You can take chocolate (any kind), you can have chocolate candies (even with a white coating). This is a great way to dispose of chocolates and candies that have thawed in the summertime. It's very good with cakes "Potatoes" (cut into pieces), with chocolate and cream sherbet. The oil should boil vigorously when the pies are laid out, if it does not boil then it is too early to fry the pies. Do not increase the temperature; the pies may brown, but not get cooked through. Fry the patties until brown on both sides. Let them bake for 15 minutes after frying under a cloth.

Arrange the patties in a row on a plate after they have defrosted. Spoon a tablespoon of the filling onto each pie. We put the next row of cakes on top of them and pour the filling.
