How to cook cake "fruit paradise" step by step with photos

1. Make yeast dough. Mix 1 batch of the dry mix "Yeast Dough" with sifted flour. Add vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and mix.

2. Stir sugar and butter, add milk and 1 egg, mix with a whisk.

3. Add flour mixture in batches to the liquid mixture and knead into a smooth dough that is not sticky to your hands. Grease a bowl with oil, cover the dough with cling film and set aside.

4. Prepare apple stuffing. Peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes. Heat butter and add sugar in a frying pan. Bring sugar to melt, add apples and stew until soft.

5. Make the cottage cheese filling. Mix the cottage cheese with the egg white, sugar and vanilla sugar.

6. The dough doubles in time, about 15-20 minutes.

7. Spread the dough on a floured worktop, knead and divide into 8 parts. Form into balls and cover with a dry towel.

8. Roll out balls of dough one at a time into a circle, cut out circles with a tea saucer. Tuck the scraps of dough under the towel. Place 1 tbsp of apples without juice on the circle first, then the cottage cheese and brush the edge of the circle with apple juice from the pan.

9. Pinch edge of circle, twist a little, turn over and dip bottom of bun in flour. Line a baking tin (inside. 27 cm inside) with a silicone baking mat (do not grease) or baking paper (grease).

10. Lay out the buns in a circle. Form a circle from the scraps of dough and put the filling. Place last bun in the middle. Top each bun with 1 teaspoon of berries.

11. Turn on the oven to minimum temperature, 40 C and let the baking tray rise for 15 minutes until the cake doubles in size. Then turn the oven to 200 C, brush the cake with whipped egg yolk and bake until it is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. When the cake is cooled it may be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with sprinkles "snowflakes". Enjoy your tea time!
