The idea is taken from this site, but since the recipe for the dough I was not found there, I made my own dough - it turned out so delicious that I just can not help but share it with you, my dear cooks. It's a shame to be the only one suffering from gluttony... ))))))

How to cook dinner in a pie "Goodbye, figure" step by step with photos

I got lazy so I put all the stuff in the oven and stuffed the pie. If you make the dough by hand, then as usual yeast dough should stand to rise a couple of times.

We shred the cabbage finely, fry it in a pan, add onion and stew for 15 minutes, boil the rice until it is half cooked, then drain it and add to the cabbage, fry a little more, add tomato, salt, sugar, spices, cook for another 10 minutes and leave it to cool.

Cut chicken fillet (you can just meat) in small pieces, salt and pepper it, add spices and soy sauce, let it marinate for 15 minutes, Chop onion and mushrooms and fry together with chicken.

When the dough has risen, oil the cake pan and sprinkle with semolina.

Roll out the layer of dough almost twice the diameter of the form and lay it in the form, so that the edges hang down. Sorry about the photo, my camera is living up to its last resources.

Lay out half of the cabbage and rice first, then the chicken and mushrooms, then the cabbage and rice again and seal the top with dangling edges. I had one edge hanging down more, so I stretched it out and covered all the seams and irregularities. You can make a pattern on top of the dough.. I'm not much of a decorator, so I just cut out the flowers. Brush the top of the cake with beaten egg and put it in the oven at 180-190*C for about 40 minutes, if the top is baked, like mine, you can cover it with parchment.

This is how our tart rose. Again, the camera fails..

We take our dinner out of the mold, brush the tops with butter, cover with a towel and let stand for a while. For 10-15 minutes, I didn't have more than that)))))

And this is our dinner in a slice.. The filling is delicious and juicy.... Mmmm... Mmm..!!!! Help yourself to!!!
