Dough:

  • Wheat flour / Flour (+-50 g) - 300 g
  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Chicken egg ( ) - 1 pc
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Cane sugar (Mistral Demerara) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Yeast (Saf-Moment) - 6 g
  • Pancake (your favorites) - 10 units
  • Egg yolk (for grease +1 tbsp.l. milk) - 1 pc

Stuffing #1:

  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Rice (Jasmine Mistral, fry in oil and boil extra broth) - 130 g
  • Broth (vegetable broth for rice) - 200 ml
  • Vegetable oil (for rice) - 2 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 50 g
  • Hollandaise cheese - 40 g
  • Salt (pepper, to taste)

Stuffing №2:

  • Chicken liver - 100 g
  • Chicken hearts - 100 g
  • Carrots - 50 g
  • Onions - 50 g
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon

  • Mushrooms (I have canned mushrooms) - 380 g
  • Onions - 150 g
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoon

  • Chicken leg (net weight of cooked meat) - 200 g
  • Carrots (stew) - 50 g
  • Onion (stew) - 50 g
