Lacemaker Pie

I would like to offer you a delicious pie filled with sausage, cheese, onions and semolina.. Yes, the semolina will not be in the dough, but in the filling, which will give the pie a delicate flavor. The incredibly pleasant smell of oregano and its warm, spicy-bitter taste underlined by the pastry will give a warm shade of coziness and warmth to your meal
Delicious, beautiful, please help yourselves!!

How to cook cake "lacemaker" step by step with photos
In a glass of warm milk (250g) add the yeast, 1teaspoon sugar and 5tablespoon of flour, mix well and place in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Watch out it doesn't run away |
This is how I had it in about 25 minutes |
Combine (in a separate bowl) sour cream, kefir, add soda, salt and mayonnaise, mix. (I added some oregano to this dough - this spice has a strong fragrance, and its taste is very pronounced - warm, spicy and bitter. Just in time for the sausage pie!)Pour in the sourdough and stir again. |
Gradually pouring in flour, knead the dough, the dough is elastic, pliable, does not stick to your hands
At the end add oil. Knead well once more |
Place in a warm place and let it rise a couple of times, kneading the dough.
Approximate time of about 75 minutes. Dough yield is about 1500g-enough for a pie and rolls |
Divide the dough into three parts - from one of them we cut out an oval, from the second - into circles, and the third part will be used for buns |
To prepare the stuffing I used semolina TM "Mistral" |
Boil the semolina TM"Mistral" in boiling water (1:6) for about 10 minutes, stirring to avoid lumps |
Grate melted cheese (I took bacon), boiled eggs and chopped onions. Sausage should preferably be sliced |
Mix with boiled semolina TM "Mistral" |
Roll out one piece of dough, cut out an oval - I cut it out to the dish size |
Spread stuffing on the oval cut out of the dough.
Put the filling on a tray lined with baking paper |
Roll out the second piece of dough and use a glass to cut out the circles for our cake |
First, we take three circles of dough, and on them we put the sausage circles and make cuts, as on the photo |
Begin to roll up as on the picture |
Create three flowers for the middle |
We put them in the center of the oval, greased with stuffing-paste |
Now we need 14 circles from the dough, on them circles of sausage, fold as shown in the photo |
Place them around the three flowers in the center |
Now we need 24 cups.. They are folded overlapping as shown in the photo (laying on them circles of sausage) and roll up |
We get 8 tubes, cut them in half and get 16 rosebuds |
This is the third row of our napkin |
We fold 16 more circles as shown in the photo |
Place them in a final circle on our baking sheet.
Grease with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes- watch your oven settings |
The fragrant, fluffy and incredibly delicious pie is ready!
All are welcome! |
