  • Mayonnaise (Maheev) - 70 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour (As much as the dough will take.) - 300 g
  • Butter - 70 g
  • Sour cream - 100 g
  • Salt - 2 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc


  • White cabbage / Cabbage (I had sauerkraut, stewed) - 300 g
  • Chicken stuffing (Any kind, I had chicken) - 300 g
  • Potatoes (Boiled) - 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoon

This is not an easy bag, this is a bag of strength. You open it, take a bite and you're merry all day long.=)) So, I wave my magic wand and let's go! )) I made the sack with stuffing, so while we make the dough, you can boil some potatoes and stew the stuffing and cabbage. Let's move on to the dough. To begin, we need to mix soft butter with sour cream and mayonnaise.

Add one egg, salt. Stir everything.

Add the flour. I got about 300 grams. When the dough does not stick to your hands, that's enough. Knead the dough. The dough comes out very soft and tender. Knead it, put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Let it rest for a while =)

Then we take out the dough, and tear off a little bit of it to tie the pouch. Roll out. We take a mold, put some paper, grease it with oil (I always grease a little just in case) and put the rolled out dough so that the sides hang down enough to cover the top of the pie and leave "bouquet" in the center. And let's go deal with the filling. We have a bogatyr, hearty :)) First layer. Boiled potatoes. We just cut them in slices (I did it in circles) and put them in the form on the paste.

Next we put the stuffing. I have chicken. I stewed it before, that is, it went into the pie ready to eat.

Add a little mayonnaise for juiciness.

And put some sauerkraut on top of the stuffing. I like sauerkraut, I like the sourness of it :)

Then we make a sauce out of Maheev's mayonnaise and tomato paste

And pour it on top.) That's it. Now we take the dough by the sides, which are hanging out of the sides, and pull it gently into the center of the pie. Be careful though! The dough is very delicate and can tear. I ended up like that in one place, I had to "patch" it with a pocket )))). But it even gave some color to it )))) ))Tightened up, pressed the center, made a pouch shape, tied with a string of dough. Now make small punctures in the center of the bag, I just poked with a fork. Brush with egg yolk and into the oven until browned.

Bake on medium heat :). Since we had all the ingredients ready to bake, you can take the cake out as soon as it has a nice, ruddy color =)
