How to cook marble yeast pie step by step with photos

There are a lot of ingredients but this pie is really easy to make. Sift flour into the bucket of the oven, add dry yeast TM "Saf-moment" and mix.

Add the remaining ingredients, the milk should be slightly warm (but not hot!), and butter at room temperature (you can put it in the microwave for 30 seconds). Turn on the mode"The dough". If you do not have an oven, mix the flour with the yeast, add all the remaining ingredients, knead the dough until smooth, cover with a towel and place in a warm place until it doubles in volume

While the dough is cooking, prepare the filling and sprinkles. For the poppy filling, in a saucepan (I cooked in a multicooker) mix the poppy seeds, butter, milk, sugar and lemon zest, and bring to a boil.

Pour in semolina and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

Remove from heat, add egg yolk and cognac. Stir quickly and leave to cool - the filling is ready

For the curd filling mix curd cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk and place in the fridge

For the sprinkles, add flour, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Add melted butter and rub into crumbs with your hands

The crumble is ready

Turn out the dough on a work surface and knead well, letting the excess air out. Roll out according to the size of the mold (I have a 22cm by 30cm mold, pre-lubricate with butter) and using a rolling pin transfer the dough into it. Spread the dough out, forming a low rim

Now back to the cottage cheese filling. Whip egg whites into a stiff foam, mix them with the curd mixture you prepared earlier, stirring gently with the back of a spoon (!)

Fillings - poppy, apple, cottage cheese, poppy seed, apple, cottage cheese etc. 1 teaspoon each

For the second and subsequent rows, start laying by shifting the filling to the left - t. е. start with apple filling, then cottage cheese, then poppy seed, etc. д This is what it looks like when done

Sprinkle streusel crumbs on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (adjust to your oven) until dry

Turn the ready tart with a board on a tray and cool it

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
