I found the recipe under that name on Odnoklassniki. I was so excited. I decided to test it. Really, very simple, but unusual yeast dough, no proofing at all. It's easy and fast to prepare, no special molding, and any kind of filling will do. I baked patties with green onions and eggs, I had a craving for some "summer" There wasn't enough onion filling for the whole dough, so I baked a few pies with apricot jam out of the rest of the dough. They were very soft and tender!

Dough

  • Butter (creamy margarine) - 200 g
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Yeast (dry quick) - 11 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour (+/- 50 g) - 500 g

Stuffing

  • Chicken egg (hard-boiled) - 4 pcs
  • Green onions - 180 g
  • Butter - 45 g
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Make stuffing first. Chop green onions in small rings

Shred boiled eggs into small cubes

Melt butter on low heat

Pour eggs into butter and add salt

Mix with green onions The filling is ready. Turn oven on to preheat to 180 degrees Celsius. С

Prepare the dough: melt 200g of butter or margarine over a low heat

Pour cold (!) milk, mix. Add sugar, salt and dry yeast. Stir thoroughly with a whisk until sugar and salt have dissolved and set aside on a warm stove for 5 minutes. In the meantime, add 500-550 grams of flour.

Pour the liquid part of the dough into a bowl and sift in the flour a little at a time, kneading the dough with a spoon

Once the dough has formed a soft lump, dust the surface with flour and pour out the dough. Knead briefly, the dough should not stick to your hands, but should remain soft and tender. It took me about 500 grams of flour.

We divide the dough into 6 roughly equal parts.

Roll out each piece of dough into a thin, almost translucent cake, about the size of 45x25 cm. The dough is very docile, rolls out beautifully, and does not tear.

Dip the palm of your hand into the flour and saw back and forth. Flatten the roll till the complete pie detachment, thanks to this the edges of the patty glue up.

Bend edges of each patty a little bit down and put them on the baking tray at some distance from each other. There is no need to grease the baking tray.

Do not grease the patties. Put them in the oven and bake at a temperature not higher than 180 degrees Celsius. C for about 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
