Multivariant Flame Cake

Cooked Multivariant Flame Cake

Nutritional Value

Pie "Flaming" - Flammkuchen. This is one of our favorite pies - thin and soft pastry, filling for every taste. Fiery because it bakes at a high temperature of -250 degrees. It's quick and easy to make - about an hour for everything. It's delicious both hot and cold. You can also bake it and freeze it, take it out and reheat as needed! I propose 3 different pie variations. Tasting? Recipe from the depths of the Internet.

Pour sugar into warm milk, crumble yeast and stir.

Add flour and salt.

Knead dough together - it's soft and doesn't stick to your hands. Roll it in clingfilm and set aside on a table for about 30 minutes. We don't care how long the dough takes to rise in 30 minutes. While the dough is resting, prepare everything for the 3 toppings.

Preheat the oven along with the baking tray to 250 degrees. Make first pie. Divide the dough into three parts and roll one part on parchment into a very thin circle.

Mix sour cream, flour, and vegetable oil and spread evenly over the dough - be sure to grease the edges!!!

Place coarsely grated bryndza on top of sour cream, place peppers on top - do not defrost! Sprinkle with spices. Carefully take the tray out of the oven and put the parchment with the pie on it, put it in the oven for 10 minutes - be guided by your oven!

Second tart. Roll out the second piece of dough on parchment. Cut the ham into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with sour cream, flour and oil. Spread the dough as a continuous layer - be sure to blot the edges! Spread chopped onion on top. Sprinkle with hot pepper if desired. Transfer to heated baking tray parchment with pie, put in the oven for 8 minutes - oriented to your oven!

The third is a sweet tart. Roll out the last dough on parchment. Peel and peel apples, cut into thin slices (I cut it too thick). Mix sour cream, flour, cinnamon and vanillin, spread on dough, place apples tightly on top, sprinkle with sugar. Put parchment with pie on heated baking tray, put into oven for 10 minutes - use your oven as a guide!

Serve warm or cold. It is best cut with a pizza wheel.
