Nutritional Value

A very quick pie that is made in the microwave and therefore is ideal for those who don't have an oven, but I recommend making it for absolutely everyone! This is a variation of the series "Guests are at the door"! Fit for children's matinees! And a good option for a casual family tea party! Please, help yourself!

How to cook the pie "pecan-chocolate joy" step by step with photos

Roast pecans in a dry pan.

While the nuts are roasting let's serve the chocolate layer. In a glass of a blender beat the egg, pour the cocoa, milk powder and powdered sugar.

Using a blender with an immersion blade, blend all ingredients into a smooth paste.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mould. My pie pan has a diameter of 18 cm. Do not forget to stir nuts for even roasting.

Pour the roasted nuts and powdered sugar into the blender bowl.

Chop.

Add eggs and baking powder to the chopped nuts.

Plug in the motor and mix. It turns out quite a thick mass.

Spread the hazelnut mixture on top of the chocolate mixture and spread evenly.

Put in the microwave for 5 minutes at 850 power. After about 5 minutes, take out the cake. Cover for a few minutes with a towel to let it steam and come off the mold easily. Then we put it on cold for a couple of minutes (while the pie is under the towel I open the cold water faucet. The sink cools down. And now I put the pie in the cold sink! I'm careful not to drip any water from the faucet.).

Cover the pie in the form with a plate of suitable diameter and turn it upside down. Carefully remove the form. (As soon as I turned away, someone stole a piece... My family really likes this pie!)

If you do not have time to cut a piece of the pie at this stage, then we continue with the whole pie, and if they stole it, then we continue, as I did, with the already started pie... We spread a thin layer of honey. What kind of honey is a matter of taste! The main thing is that it's liquid... I have "herb lime".

Now sprinkle with powdered milk or cream powder... You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you like... But we like it with powdered milk!

The result is a sweet but not sugary crumbly pie. Those who tried it are surprised to find out that it doesn't contain any flour!

I made a picture on purpose before sprinkling, so you can see the chocolate and pecan layer ratio.

Well, here's a piece of the portion, which is already complete and served to the table. Enjoy your tea time!
