Dough

  • Butter - 250 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 4.5 glass
  • Yeast ("Live") - 50 g
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Sunflower oil (To grease a baking tray) - 1 tablepoon

Stuffing

  • Onions - 800 g
  • Sour cream (20%) - 250 g
  • Chicken egg - 4 units
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon

These are the ingredients we need to make Onion Pie.

Then I add salt and sugar to the dough.
