Place all the ingredients for the dough in the bucket. Start the program for making dough. At the end of the program, leave the dough in the bucket and allow the dough to rest for at least 30 minutes. The dough is perfect. To knead by hand, mix all the dry ingredients, add margarine, vegetable oil and warm milk. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes. Then knead the dough and once again place it in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.

Prepare stuffing: mince onion and garlic.

Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes until they are half-ready, then cut them into small cubes (if you think that the potatoes in the stuffing will be cooked while baking, you can skip this step).

In a bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, garlic, salt, potatoes, seasoning and pepper. Stir together .

Dust the work surface with flour (you probably won't need to, since the dough is rather oily and won't stick to the work surface). Place the dough on the work surface and divide into portions. I recommend making 12 patties from the dough. Roll out each piece of dough into a cake about 25 centimeters long and 10 to 12 centimeters wide.

Place one and a half tablespoons of the filling on the top edge, leaving five centimeters. Cover the loose top edge of the pastry with the filling and seal the edges thoroughly.

Butter the loose bottom side of the pastry and cut lengthwise into three equal strips. Fold the strips in half.

Braid the strips.

Bend edges of dough, top part of the cake billet, downwards (bend all excess). Bend sides of the top part of the cake billet with formed braid. Fix the edge to keep the braid. Put patties on greased baking tray. Make two cuts with scissors in the center of a patty.

Put to proof for 20-30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to 180 degrees in advance. Whisk the eggs. When the patties have grown in volume and are ready for baking, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees until browned (I had them bake for 25 minutes). Enjoy your tea time!!!
