How to cook quick mincemeat pie step by step with photos
Crack a couple eggs, add salt, sugar, baking soda. Stir to a smooth paste |
Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in . I have my own, homemade mayonnaise. Do not be lazy to make it yourself, it's very easy and simple, do not eat store poison! I couldn't make it with sour cream - I have diarrhea and had to add store stuff... |
We add vegetable oil to the mixture and again stir well. Gradually add flour, bringing the dough to a thick state. I have homemade flour from the mill, and it took less than two hundred grams. Be guided by the situation, the dough should not be too thick |
The dough should turn out about this kind of not very liquid, viscous mass. I apologize for not a clear picture and for the background - it was not convenient to hold a phone in one hand and catch the moment of falling dough from the whisk... |
Let's proceed with the stuffing: Peel the onion, cut it into rings about 1 cm thick, and then cut it into not quite small pieces. This is for the filling |
Pour oil into a pan and fry the onions until they become lightly golden |
While the onions are frying, prepare the greens. Ideally we should take fresh herbs, not chopped into small pieces. I was too lazy to get dressed and go to the market across the street, so I took a tsp of dried parsley, dill, basil, a little fresh thyme and rosemary |
Once the onions got a nice light golden "tan" Add the minced meat. Grind in a pan into small pieces. Stuffing is up to you. I have a ready-made "Home" from the marketplace. Since the recipe is for men, we will not bother to wash all the kitchen gadgets. Once the meat is lightly fried, add spices and spices. Add salt as desired - mayonnaise in the dough is salty. I did. Pour half a glass of water into the filling for juiciness. When the stuffing reaches the desired temperature add the greens and fry a minute more - the greens should stay green |
Take a baking dish and grease it with butter. Pour half of the batter into it, fill it with stuffing and pour the rest of the batter on top. I have a muffin tin - not a very suitable dish, but I couldn't find another one |
Put it in a preheated 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Be guided by the color, it should be a nice brown color. And that's what I got. |
