  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Egg yolk - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (Additional salt needed for turkey filet stew and rice (to taste)) - 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast (small sachet of granulated yeast) - 7 g
  • butter (70 g. for dough, 80 g. for turkey stew) - 150 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour (2.5 to 3 cups of flour) - 3 glass
  • Fillet (turkey breast fillet) - 300 g
  • Onions (medium sized onions) - 1 pc
  • Spices (mix of spicy herbs (dill, parsley, basil)) - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (for onions) - 3 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Rice (Rice TM Mistral "Kuban") - 1 sachet.

In warm milk (1 tbsp.) add melted butter (70g.), sugar and egg yolks (3 pieces). Whisk the mixture.

Add yeast (7g.) and salt (1 tsp. Spoon), add 2 Tbsp. Tbsp flour, let the mixture rest for a while. After a while a cap of small bubbles will form on the surface. The stew is ready.

Gradually add 2.5 to 3 cups flour to the mixture.

Knead the dough. Cover the container with clingfilm or a towel and put it in a warm place to rise.

The dough has risen sufficiently.

Knead the dough and leave to rise a second time.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Cut turkey breast fillet into small pieces.

Cut onion into half rings.

Put onions in a pan, add 3 tbsp. Spoon vegetable oil.

Saute onions until crispy and brown.

Add chopped turkey breast fillet to the lightly sautéed onions, add dried herbs (1 tsp. Taste and season with salt. Braise meat on low heat until half-cooked.

Then add 80g. Butter, cook meat until softened in butter.

Make pie filling.

Divide the pastry into two parts, roll out one part to 0,4-0,5 cm thick. Cut it into pie shells.

Rice TM Mistral "Kuban" (1 sachet 60g.) boil in salted water until half-ready, then rinse in cold water. Spread rice on pastry and spread out a thin layer.

Spread turkey filet stew on rice layer. Flatten out the layer.

Roll out the second piece of dough, then use a cookie cutter or a die cutter to remove the core of the fruit and make round holes.

From the remaining piece of dough, roll out a layer. From this piece of dough we will make ribbons to decorate the cake.

Using these ribbons, decorate the top of the cake.

Place the top of the cake on top of the filling.

Turn up the edges of the pie to the center. Flatten.

The cake is ready to bake.

Let the cake proof for 20-30 minutes., Then brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put it in the oven to bake. Bake at 180 C. In this case, everyone should be guided by their own oven, they all have different ones. I am only giving an approximate temperature.
