This time it's a sweet puff pastry with flavorful cottage cheese filling, banana and chocolate. Delicious beyond belief! Ingredients for cake "the serene maturity of tortilla":

  • Puff pastry yeast dough (frozen) - 900 g
  • Chicken egg (2 pieces for stuffing, 1 piece for greasing) - 3 units
  • Powdered sugar (for filling) - 80 g
  • Cheese cheese (nonfat, for stuffing) - 200 g
  • Vanilla (to taste)
  • Wheat Flour / Flour (for the filling) - 3 tablespoon
  • semolina (for filling) - 6 tablespoon
  • Banana - 3 pcs
  • Milk chocolate / Chocolate - 30 g

How to cook the pie "the serene maturity of a tortilla" step by step with photos

Thaw the dough. Prepare the filling. To make the filling, beat 2 eggs with powdered sugar, add the cottage cheese, vanilla, flour, semolina and leave for a while to let the semolina swell.

The dough is thawed, the filling is ready - it's time to start creating. Line a baking tray with baking paper, roll a bunched bundle from the foil, and bind it into a ring shape.

Roll out a piece of dough, a little less than half of it, into a circle and transfer it to the baking tray. Gently arrange it in a ring. This is the base of the pie.

Pour the cottage cheese filling into the base, and carefully lay the bananas cut into circles on top. In the middle a little bit more to make a pile. At this point, I put the pie like this in the oven for literally 7 minutes. I needed the edges "to bake".

At this time, use a glass to cut out circles of the remaining dough, and then use a cookie cutter to make a floral pattern in each circle, not pressing all the way through, but just slightly imprinting the pattern. This is optional, but I thought it was prettier this way.

Take out the cake, sprinkle the middle with grated chocolate. Starting from the edges around the perimeter gently place the pastry circles.

With scraps make turtle's legs, tail and head. For the eyes I used almonds.

Put under the body molded parts (head, paws, tail) and continue decorating the shell.

After the shell was completely made, there was still a little dough and I made little flowers, which I decorated the turtle with. Brush the ready turtle with beaten egg. Bake on medium heat until browned.

Here it is, browned and ready to boil!

When the tart has cooled a bit, carefully take out the tart stand from the foil. And you can start the tea party!
