Cooked Pie as an appetizer

Pretty filling pie! With two fillings at once! The dough is my favorite - Khrushchev! And, of course, using SAF-Moment yeast. The dough with them turns out airy, one pleasure to work with him! I saw the pie molding here on the site. Unfortunately, I don't remember the Cook's name... Thank you very much!

How to cook cake "for appetizers" step by step with photos

Knead Khrushchev dough: mix together dry ingredients, add milk, water and melted butter. Knead thoroughly, shape the dough into a ball, place it in a cachet and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours

Grind carrots and onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add minced meat, fry a little, then sprinkle a little flour on top (about a tablespoon), mix. Then add 4 tbsp. Spoonfuls of liquid from the beans, mix a little. Flour and liquid give some viscosity, so the filling would not fall out of the sliced pieces of the pie. We add the beans, rice and cabbage, which adds to the juiciness. Fry some more, about 2 or 3 minutes. The first filling is done!!! Let it cool

Stir in the second filling: Grated cheese and egg. Ready!!!

Take the dough out of the fridge. Form the pie. Silicone mold 24 cm. Let me explain how the molding looks like. I got a little carried away and didn't take a picture of the process... So, first of all, we separate a piece of dough and distribute it on the bottom of the mold (knead, stretch with your hands). It is not necessary to make a thick layer. Then we need to make the side of the cake. For this purpose, we roll out the rest of the dough into a rectangle of length equal to the diameter of the tart, i.e. е. 24 cm. Spread out the cheese filling, wrap it in a roll and put it in the mold, stacking it by the diameter. The dough wanted to return to its initial position, it did not want to stretch (it turned out so alive)!!!)! I didn't have enough rolls! The length was more than 24 cm and I cut off the excess (I DIDN'T HAVE TO!). I made it in little lumps of dough! And a little left over for a little bun!!! And in the middle we put the main stuffing. All! The molding is done. You can give it a little time to prove. You don't have to. The dough will rise beautifully in the oven! Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180-200 degrees. 45-50 minutes. For 10-15 minutes. I sprinkled more cheese on top of the filling

The pie turned out very fluffy! A credit to SAF-Moment!!!

You can see the two toppings in the slit. It's like a cheese move!!!:)
