Ingredients for the cake "three in one":


  • Wheat flour / Flour - 600 g
  • Milk - 250 g
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Yeast (Saf-Moment) - 8 g
  • Butter - 75 g
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg (1+1) - 2 pcs

Stuffing #1:

  • White cabbage / Cabbage - 300 g
  • Sweet pepper (red) - 50 g
  • Onions - 50 g
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt (black pepper to taste)

Stuffing #2:

  • Chicken fillet (Boiled, weight when cooked) - 200 g
  • Green onion (white part) - 30 g
  • vegetable oil - 1,5 tablespoon
  • Salt (black pepper to taste)

Stuffing #3:

  • Chicken egg (hard boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Green onion (green part) - 120 g
  • Sour cream - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Salt (black pepper to taste)

How to cook pie "three in one" step by step with photos

Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, salt, 1 egg, and beat with a whisk. While we weigh and sift the flour, our"mixture" Lightly flour our mixture.

Add flour and knead the dough. Lastly, add butter and oil, and knead into the dough.

Roll out the dough into a ball. Place in a bowl, cover the bowl with cling film and put it in an oven heated to 40"C but have already turned off the oven for 1 hour. (Or in a microwave oven)

When the dough has risen, divide it into 3 portions. Divide each piece into 15 pieces.

Form the patties on a lightly greased surface. Take a piece of dough and tie its ends to the center (this is how you form round bakery products, so that the back side does not have ugly seams. flatten with the palm of your hand...

... Put a teaspoon full of filling in the center.

Pinch the center first.

Then pinch the edges and assemble the edge of the pie.

That's how beautiful the ball is. Not only is this aesthetically pleasing, but it also keeps the filling from leaking out. I have a 18 cm diameter mold, so I only need 10 patties with each filling. For the rest of the dough we will make patties.

The toppings need to be prepared in advance. Filling #1: Shred the cabbage, add onion and finely chopped pepper, salt and pepper, simmer until the liquid evaporates. I added 1 tablespoon of smoked bacon, which I froze and grated, as well as some dill.

Stuffing number 2: Fry onion in oil, beat in a blender filet together with onion, salt and pepper. To stuffing was not dry I added a little chicken broth.

Stuffing #3: Chop the onion and mix with grated egg, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Grease a mold with butter. Line the bottom of the cake pan with the filling alternating.

Lay out next layers in the same order, but with the seam side down. Let the cake rise in a warm place for about 25-30 minutes.

And bake it in an oven heated to 180"C in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Depending on your oven. From remaining dough and stuffing I formed patties - 5 pieces of different shapes. Balls, regular shapes and triangles.

Triangles - the same as the balls, but mold 2 edges together and then join them with the third.

Regular molding. Do the same as balls, but do not join edges together like a accordion. Simply fix 2 stretched ends of the pastry together.

Cover the ready pastry with a tea towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Remove the pie from the mold. I have a slightly tapered shape at the bottom, but it comes out perfectly in a perfectly round shape...
