First part of the dough

Second part of the dough

  • Wheat flour / Flour - 80 g
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Butter (Creamy TM "Ecomilk") - 70 g
  • Egg yolk - 3 pcs
  • Dough leavening agent - 1 teaspoon

The third part of the dough

  • Butter (Creamy TM "Ecomilk") - 30 g
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 60 g
  • Coconut shavings - 2 tablespoon


  • Plum (about 300g) - 10 pcs

How to cook triple plum cake step by step with photos

To make this pie I need Butter Butter 82,5% TM "Ekomilk". The pie form with a diameter of 18 cm.

I make the first part of the dough - shortcrust pastry. In a deep bowl I mix the flour, sugar. I add softened butter. Knead the pastry with your fingers until it becomes a small crumb. I add cold water and knead again (it takes no more than 3 minutes to knead). The dough will be in the form of fine wet crumbs.

I put the shortbread in the mold, spread it out on the bottom and lightly press it (I have a silicone mold, I did not grease it). Stab with a fork in several places. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 5 minutes. Then take it out and cool it down a bit.

I wash the plums, cut them into quarters, removing the pips.

Making the second part of the dough. It will be something like muffin dough, soft and loose. I add butter and sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy.

Add yolks (at room temperature) and whip again until creamy.

Then I add flour mixed with baking powder. Quickly mix until homogeneous. The dough shouldn't be too thick. So that it can be easily . If you think the mixture is too hard, you can add 1 tablespoon of water.

I make the third part of the dough - the streusel. I put the butter and sugar in a ladle. I put the ladle on medium heat and melt the butter and sugar.

Then I turn down the heat to minimum. I pour the flour and coconut flakes into the ladle. And I quickly begin to stir with a wooden spatula so that a small crumb is formed (for 1-2 minutes).

The streusel is ready.

I assemble the pie. Place half the sliced plums on the first layer of the pastry.

Then I put the second part of the dough - the creamy dough. With a spoon I carefully spread it over the plums (I spread it with two spoons, it's more convenient). I put the other half of the sliced plums on top.

Sprinkle streusel on top of the plums, flatten.

I put the pie in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 45 minutes. For the last few minutes, I switched the oven to "on high heat", To brown the crust. "Triple" The quiche with plums is ready! Enjoy!!
