Dough

  • yeast (fresh) - 15 g
  • Sugar (1/2st.l.) - 7 g
  • Sour cream (I have 24% fat.) - 40 g
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Wheat flour / Flour (sift) - 400 g
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Margarine (for baking or soft butter) - 20 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Milk (warm) - 200 ml

Stuffing

  • Turkey - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Zucchini (small piece for the amateur) - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Seasoning - to taste
  • Pepper mixture - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Greens - to taste
  • Potatoes (medium) - 1 pc

Optional

  • Egg yolk - 1 pc
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon

How to cook turkey patties step by step with photos


To knead the dough, crumble the yeast in a bowl, add the sugar, pour the milk in, stir with a whisk and let stand for 5 minutes., let the yeast come to life. Add sour cream, egg white and stir with a whisk.

Add sifted flour, salt, soft margarine (or butter). Knead with hand mixer, nozzles "spirals". When the dough is clumped together, pour in the vegetable oil, mix with a mixer for 5 minutes. Form into a ball. Cover the bowl with a lid or clingfilm and leave for 60 minutes. place in a warm place.

While the dough is warming, prepare the filling. I lightly fry onion, zucchini and potatoes al dente with seasoning. Add the turkey, chopped in small pieces, the pepper mixture.
