Dough

  • Wheat flour / Flour - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 4 units
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Vanilla sugar (8 g) - 1 sachet.
  • Dough leavening agent (15 g) - 1 sachet.
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon
  • Milk - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (unscented, refined) - 2 tablespoon

Creme

  • Cream (heavy, 30% or higher - for whipping) - 500 ml
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 sachet.
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoon
  • Cream thickener - 2 sachet.

Chocolate sauce

  • Pudding (chocolate, 41g) - 1 sachet.
  • Milk - 700 ml
  • Sugar - 5 tablespoon
  • Dark Chocolate (55% or higher) - 100 g

Filling

  • Milk - 300 ml

Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Sift through a sieve.

Beat 4 eggs, 200g sugar and 1 bag. vanilla sugar. Beat for 5-7 minutes, do not be lazy.

Add liquid ingredients to the egg mixture - 2 tablespoon milk and 2 tablespoon vegetable oil. Whisk - I whisked again, until reunited.

Gradually, in several steps, add the flour mixture. You can also mix with a spatula - I used the mixer again.

Stir until it's smooth and glossy. Just like this - semi-thick!

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (170 degrees with convection). Grease a baking dish - I have a 20x35 cm glass one, as is the Turkish custom - and pour the batter out. If you are going to assemble the cake in a mold like me, choose a mold with high sides. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, t. е. use your oven as a guide. Check the readiness with a wooden splinter.

Remove the cake from the oven. Let it rest for 10 minutes "let it rest for 10 minutes". Then with a wooden splinter we make frequent "pricks" all over the surface of the cake.

And now spread, helping yourself with a spoon, 300 ml of milk. Regular milk, you can take it straight from the fridge. We mean pasteurized milk, which can be drunk without heat treatment. To save you the trouble, use milk you trust. Pour the milk evenly, taking your time, around the corners and edges, all over. The milk will immediately begin to soak into the pie. Leave the cake to cool completely.

Make the cream. Whip the cream with 2 bundles. vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoon sugar. If you have regular cream, we recommend adding 2 scoops of cream whipping cream. Don't skimp on cream. Get good quality whipping cream. I have Rama's herbal cream - it doesn't need an enhancer, , as it should be!

We spread the whipped cream on the cake, smooth it out. Я "I went over" with a spatula for added beauty. Let's put our cake in the cold - for a couple of hours, we can do it overnight.

Well..... The pie is lovely as it is, but..... ♪ but we've got ♪ "crying" so we make a chocolate sauce!

For the sauce, we mix 700 ml of cold milk with 5 tablespoons of sugar and some pudding diluted in the same milk (pour a little beforehand). Stir thoroughly until no lumps appear, then put on the stove, stirring constantly and vigorously to prevent the sauce from sticking. Just before boiling (without bringing it to the boil), take it straight off the heat and add the chocolate, chopped up into pieces, stirring thoroughly until the chocolate has dissolved. Cover the surface with clingfilm and leave to cool. If the sauce is still thick when it has cooled, add a little milk and stir again.

Cut into pieces, pour over chocolate sauce (sauce is served separately) and "weep" for joy with this magnificent pie!
