Crumbly, tender and very tasty shortbread cookies with spices, almonds and jam. Recipe of my own hand-written. The dough is dense but not elastic and easy to roll out. It holds its shape well so that you can cut out of it any shape cookies of any complexity. The dough is moderately sweet, the main sweetness gives the cookies the jam. It requires a lot of attention and skill in preparation but trust me, it is worth it! (Calories are 431 kcal per 100 grams.)
