If I have any stale bread left over, I usually make my husband croutons, he just loves them. But on weekends I spoil him with this bread pudding, it's unique, it can be eaten both hot and cold at any time of the day. And to wash it down with kvass from "Ochakovo" "Family secret" traditional... you could not think of a better tradition.
