Dear cooks, I'm afraid I won't be able to surprise you with this recipe, but I'll be very happy if it comes in handy for someone. I came up with this recipe about 20 years ago on New Year's Eve. I had a pretty busy schedule at the time. I would come home on December 31 at about 6 p.m. And no one cancelled the guests and the holiday, and I also wanted to have time to clean up. I made salads and dumplings the night before. The guests were happy. This is still an obligatory dinner for my family at New Year vacations.
