Shortbread cookies with parmesan

Cooked shortbread cookies with parmesan

Amazing Cookies! The most delicious cheesy cookie I have ever tasted. Smells delicious, tastes great, the black pepper fits in here amazingly, as well as the zest from the cayenne. Very tasty on its own, but I think it would go well with a dry wine or a beer.

Cooked jambalaya

Time to cook: 60 minutes

Total Servings: 6

One of my favorite dishes. Spicy Creole variant "Pilaf" With chicken, spicy smoked wieners and shrimp. I make it in two ways. The first is with rice (like pilaf) and the second is when I make the sauce with chicken, shrimp, and smoked sausage/sausage separately and then pour it over the rice. I like the consistency better, like riceotto. If you prefer more crumbly rice, cook it separately, then pour over the jambalaya. Enjoy! :-)

Quinoa Apple Biscuits

Cooked Doughnut Apple Macaroni Cookie

Time to cook: 90 minutes

Total Servings: 6

These cookies made of maize are extra crumbly and tender. If you don't like your cookies too crumbly, you can substitute some of the starch with wheat flour. к. They just melt in your mouth. I made up the shape of the cookies as I went along, though that's not what I wanted to make them in the first place... Thinking about the basket in which I wanted to take photos of my cookies, I decided to make them in the form of an apple. I used to make similar apples out of salt dough for my compositions... They were beautiful, but not edible. And these apples are very edible and tasty, since. к. The cloves and lemon zest add a subtle flavor and aroma to them. I generally love the apple as a fruit and I often use its image in my culinary creations. So more than once I will present my apple fantasies to your judgment. The idea and recipe are mine.
